• I get an error message on my iPhone or iPad when using Lightning product?
  
  • Cirago's Lightning products are all MFi certified - tested and approved by Apple.
    
    There have been instances where users have experienced error messages when using MFi certified Lightning products, or even when using Apple's own Lighting cables. This may be due to different factors, such as issues with iOS or problems with the iPhone or iPad's charging port.
    
    Make sure the cable is connected to all of the ports firmly and check that there aren't any dirt on the phone's charging port as that may disrupt connectivity between the Lightning product and your device. If the issue is due to Cirago's Lightning product, please contact our tech support or RMA team.
