• I followed the "How to Use" directions but nothing is appearing on the TV screen?
  
  • Make sure to push the MHL connector all the way in. If you have a case protecting your phone, you may need to remove the case.
• How to I charge my Galaxy Note 3 while using the MHL Adapter?
  
  • The power port on the MHL cable uses a USB 2.0 port, so normally you can use the micro USB to USB 2.0 charge cable that comes with most smartphones. However, the Galaxy Note 3 comes with a micro USB to USB 3.0 charge cable, which cannot be connected to MHL Adapter's power port. You will need to use a micro USB to USB 2.0 cable, like Cirago's MDA3000.
